The ZPot pressure cooker is Zavor's introductory model, featuring sleek handles for easier opening and closing, an automatic lock on the lid, and the standard pressure setting (High). For those considering an affordable, high-quality stovetop pressure cooker, this is the model for you. Available in 3 sizes - 4.2 Quart (serves 2), 6.3 Quart (serves 4), and 10 Quart (serves 8) - the ZPot pressure cooker prepares food 3 times faster, saving you time and energy. The end result is a more flavorful and nutritious meal in minutes.

Modern pressure cookers like the ZPot now come equipped with the latest in culinary safety features that regulate pressure and put your mind at ease. Pressure cooking helps food retain its nutritional value as well as vitamins and minerals that would otherwise cook out when using traditional methods. Using a pressure cooker is much easier than you might think - simply add your ingredients, close the lid, and set your pressure.

The ZPot pressure cooker is equipped with a pressure regulator knob with three positions: Pressure, Release, and Clean. The yellow pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released. The automatic locking handle will click into place and will not open when pressure is built inside. Additionally, the silicone gasket found on the underside of the lid creates an airtight seal needed to build pressure.
